Branson started his creative career at Borders, Perrin & Nordander; Portland, Oregon; and, McCann-Erickson, Seattle, Washington. He would go on to sign with Harmony Pictures, Los Angeles.
During his time with Harmony as a film director, Branson was selected and featured in the Cannes Film Festival “New Directors” showcase. While there, he built an award-winning body of work for Nike, Footlocker, and Reebok. His commercial, “Columbia 300” is permanently displayed at the Museum of Modern Art, NYC.
Branson also worked alongside celebrity fashion photographer Albert Watson and ground-breaking designer David Carson at Cyclops Productions, NYC.
Branson returned to Seattle and founded the award-winning creative agency UNCLEBOB. While there, he served as Executive Creative Director.
Branson is a powerhouse. During his unique and versatile career, he has won just about every major award in the advertising industry, including Cannes, AICP/MOMA, ANDYS, COMMARTS, ONE SHOW, CLIOS, LONDON D&AD, to name a few.
When he is not creating you’ll find him sailing, surfing, competing in a triathlon or cooking something amazing..
